Cari jo inspirational line was created out of my desire to make a difference in the world.  Because of my strong desire to support others in achieving their dreams I give financially and I volunteer with my time.  My heart is led toward those that may be traveling a hard road, but dream of making a difference themselves.  It may be a dream of a better life and future for their own families, but that dream gives hope and encouragement to others.  As a single mother of two incredible daughters I have known struggle, but I also know God and with God there is no struggle too difficult to overcome.  We all have our own gifts to give and ways to serve…the joy is the journey living those out.  It is said that giving transforms the identity of the giver more than it changes the receiver.  Where can you give today?

One local non-profit I volunteer with is Connections to Success, whose vision is to “break the cycle of poverty, one family at a time.”  This amazing organization is creating hope for families who may have lost all hope.  The joy and blessings I have received do not compare with any gift I may have provided to them.  Where can you serve in your community?

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed people can change the world, indeed, it is the only thing that ever has!”   - Margaret Meade
